The Lodge: Space to be together

A spacious retreat designed for group gatherings and active escapes, combining rugged mountain beauty with proper warmth and premium details.

• The Sleeping Space: Four large bedrooms with up to seventeen dressed beds (priced per person), linen washed & ironed on site using chlorine free mountain water and biodegradable soaps. All bedding is Hypoallergenic and rooms as EMF free as possible. The beds are hand made by a local carpenter and fitted with a sprung mattress. A woollen blanket and hot water bottle provided for winter nights, or simply if you just fancy feeling spoilt.
• Little Comforts: Cosy and warm in winter, cool in summer, with slippers, blankets, some river shoes for the brave, seat pads for fire circles and several natural sheepskin covers for the lounge
• Gathering: A large social lounge and flexible dining space. Modular design to move as you wish for yoga, meditation, dining or just bonding with friends after a day in the mountains. Yoga Mats, Blankets and Cushions available
• Exceptional Kitchen: Fully equipped professional kitchen for food preparation and cooking, plus a great outdoor BBQ and gazebo setup
• Looking after you: Free premium ECO toiletries from moisturisers to soaps and conditioners, complimentary female hygiene products, two shower rooms, no TVs and disconnectable WiFi
• The Grounds: Private trails, dedicated quiet spots, river for cold water dips, group fire pit tucked away in our woodland and direct access to '000's of acres of mountains, forest, rivers and valleys.
• Access: So secluded, many locals don't know we're here but effortlessly accessed from the main A470, 8 minute walk to a station connecting to Airports and the UK, a stop for the Fflecsi bus service with free parking and a bookable EV charger.
• Optional Extras; Hammocks, Dry Wood / BBQ Coals, Wood Fired Sauna, Cold Water Plunge, Bathing SPA to HSG282 standards.
• Our Concierge: We'd be delighted to connect you with local organic produce, minimal plastic catering, private cooks, or a personal trainer
• 5⭐ Took 18 people for a trip to Hike Snowdon so booked both accomodations - the loft and the dorms. Chris and Julie were the PERFECT hosts. Not to mention all the support they gave in the run up to the stay! The grounds are beautiful - the accommodation is perfect! Great water pressure in the showers, brilliant kitchen and the decor is a lovely finish. I've never seen dorms/bunks look so good!!! Chris and Julie couldn't do enough for you - often being 2 steps ahead! For example, after following recommendations to have a dip in the river - we came up to Chris stoking the log fire sauna un prompted for us all to warm up in. The Studio: Cosy, comfortable and everything you need for a break

A cosy, character filled studio for couples and solo travellers, or for retreat leaders who'd like their own space away from the main group. Useful when a retreat leader needs their own space, or for film and TV crews needing separate accommodation.

• The Vibe: Open plan kitchen / bedroom studio, with separate loo, shower and wash basin. Fully equipped for short breaks or a week away exploring. Set in a roof space so lowered beams and ceiling heights.
• The Sleep: Perfect for solo/two guests but can sleep up to four (priced per person). Linen washed & ironed on site using chlorine free mountain water and biodegradable soaps. Pillow & Duvet are Hypoallergenic, a blanket and hot water bottle will keep you snug.
• Cooking with ease: Kitchen with a proper stove, Microwave and even an Air Fryer and a fridge with Ice Box . All utensils to cook with and a foldaway table and chairs if the weather outdoors is a bit unfriendly.
• Looking after you: Premium biodegradable toiletries, Nespresso Coffee Pod machine, Seat Pads, Slippers and your own private outdoor seating area.
• Outdoor space: Separate, dedicated patio with sun shade, BBQ and firepit lets you enjoy the outdoors without having to share with Lodge visitors. Free parking too.

• 5⭐ My daughter and I came here to spend time together for four days and to relax, and Chris and Julie's beautiful place far exceeded our expectations.
  The stay was amazing, surrounded by stunning views, beautiful nature, and total tranquility. Chris and Julie were so welcoming and attentive, really making us feel at home. We very much enjoyed birdwatching, walking up to the forest through the property, sitting by the stream, and having a BBQ in the evening. I couldn't recommend staying here more.
  If you need time to reset in nature in a stunning, remote location that isn't too far from local towns, this is the perfect stay. It's a short drive to Snowdonia and Betws-y-Coed, so it wasn't hard to find places to eat. The place was spotless and had all the necessary amenities, filled with thoughtful little touches.
